TV Product Manager

Projektbeschreibung
Glocomms URGENTLY requires a TV Product Manager to work for a leading service provider in Ireland. The TV Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of TV Product, in defining the product proposition and pricing and working closely with the TV Team to gather and prioritise product and customer requirements. They will be responsible for the day to day implementation of the TV roadmap. In addition s/he will work closely with technology and commercial teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction objectives are met and that the TV service is delivered seamlessly to consumers.
Key Task
- Implementation of end-to-end product propositions, packages and pricing, including the technical, operational, systems and commercial elements of the proposition to meet customer and business requirements
- Working with the broader TV Team and Product Marketing, to develop product specifications and project plans and co-ordinate with Technology for the delivery of enhanced products and product functionality
- Optimisation of the customer billing experience, including bill payments across both fixed and mobile
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure developments are delivered on time and to specification
- Support the Customer Growth Manager, TV in their development of the go-to-market strategy and ongoing achievement of acquisition and retention targets for TV
- Apply end to end Product Lifecycle Management to ensure optimal revenue generation combined with cost minimisation
- Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritisation of requests for new product functionality, maintaining the product development roadmap
- Work with key stakeholders to identify new opportunities to drive penetration and retention through new product introduction, product enhancements and promotions
- Manage any product-related process issues and ensure that products meet the guidelines for compliance and revenue assurance, including Investigation of Process and Billing issues and implementing remediation activities
- Track and monitor the day to day operation of key areas of the TV service such as the EPG, STB functionality and ensure that any issues are highlighted and actioned appropriately by relevant TV or other functional management
- Work with support areas including Finance, Business Planning, Management Reporting, Regulatory Operations, Revenue Assurance, Risk Management and Credit Management
