TV Analyst

My client is a large European Telco operator looking for a TV experience analyst. The TV experience analyst will drive the analysis of all available TV data to monitor and pro-actively detect abnormal patterns in the end customers TV experience

Responsibilities:
*Study the IPTV solution in general to understand the function of the different components.
*Get acquainted with the currently existing IPTV systems and metrics
*Model the TV experience and drive the monitoring/analysis tool implementation/enhancements.
*Be able to analyze existing problems in depth, in cooperation with other teams
*Participate to the regular follow-up meetings

Experience:
*We are looking for a specialist, who is able to quickly learn new technologies and technical solutions, is familiar with statistical methods and quality principles. An analytic mind and a technical spirit are hereby crucial.
*He/she should have an open mind to discuss in team alternatives and choose unbiased for the best one.
*For the implementation of the TV experience metallization/monitoring tool, he/she should be able to have focus and concentration to come to a professional, well-documented solution.
