Turkish Speaking Recruitment and HR Consultant

TURKISH SPEAKING RECRUITMENT AND HR CONSULTANT BASED IN UXBRIDGE, WEST LONDON 

We are looking to recruit a first class Turkish Speaking Recruitment and HR Consultant to work within our client's multi-lingual in-house recruitment team. 

This is an initial 3 month contract role based in the Uxbridge area of West London and we are looking to pay market rates to attract the very best candidates in the market. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To support the European Recruitment team with geography specific recruitment activity (attraction/selection/offer management/integration) for Turkey
- Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process
- Using your previous experience in filling positions and attracting candidates 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Recruitment Consultancy or HR background
- HR and Recruitment administration - arranging interviews, scheduling technical tests, offer generation, etc
- Hands on delivery approach to recruitment through traditional direct sourcing methods
