Treasury Manager

Treasury Manager - up to £600 per day based in Brentford

Our client is a leading brand in the drinks industry and they are seeking a highly skilled and intelligent Treasury manager to join them in a time of change. We are looking for an experienced Treasurer with implementation, start up or transformation experience and can deal with complex issues.

Basic Requirements:

* Financial acumen - qualified accountant or treasurer with a proven track record of working on implementations and new set ups
* Strong technical accounting skills and/or audit experience
* Instinctively able to challenge status quo with healthy balance of assertiveness and tact
* Track record of ability to build good working relationships internally (finance and non-finance) and externally (eg auditors)
* High intellectual capacity that can deal with complex issues, process and operational challenges interchangeably
* High level of resilience under pressure
* Track record of effective prioritization and decision making, ideally during a period of significant business change
* Strong continuous improvement/change management skills
* Experience of process and systems implementations essential

Preferred Requirements:

* Relevant accounting or treasury qualifications
* Expertise in International Accounting Standards for treasury reporting/treatment
* Experience in systems implementation in a set up situation
