EMEA Treasury Manager (Property/Construction)

London - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Treasury Manager will join our corporate Finance team where they are the first point of contact for all Treasury matters. We are seeking a degree qualified treasury professional who seeks an exciting 12 month contract opportunity within a diverse property business. The chosen candidate will be responsible for all management, and statutory, treasury reporting for the EMEA region. We are looking for individuals with cash management and working capital management experience with the ability to steer and challenge cash management decisions. Applicants must have experience in transactional banking, the use of a treasury management system, foreign exchange, interest rate swaps, managed bonds, guarantees and debt facility management. Ideally applicants will have worked for a large scale business (c£500+ million turnover) and be comfortable dealing with the treasury implications of a diverse business.
