Application Technical Support Specialist

Within the Client Competency Center dedicated to financial applications of Customer's Treasury, the role is related to technical support of the whole scope of Treasury applications (Reuters KTP, Reuters Kondor+, KGR, Kobra, Bloomberg, WebMethods) and Treasury users work environment. After a progressive knowledge Transfer, the profile will handle the resolution of all types of tickets (assistance, incident, service requests).

Additional Details:
Industry > Resources > RES Bac+2 Informatique/0-1 an d'experience/anglais English is required to communicate with some CLIENT's affiliates and the offshore team (Singapore)

Technical skills:
Windows, unix, SQL, Oracle (common use, not expertise) Dynamic and autonomous. Knowledge or experience in financial/treasury field would be appreciated
