CLIENT:- Our client is a large central Government organisation who currently requires a Travel/Customer/Sales Advisor for a 12 month contract.

ROLE:- The role will entail booking travel, administration support work and customer service for the Government.

CANDIDATE:- - Previous work experience within a busy customer services department dealing with customer communications via phone, letter and email
- Experience of addressing a range of customer enquiries spanning payments, information, complaints and other enquiries
- Experience of simultaneously using the telephone and PC based applications
- Experience dealing with all types of customers in a positive, patient manner
- Relationship building - develop good relations with colleagues and customers alike
- Takes ownership of customers
- Attention to detail
- Professional Attitude
- Must be a Team Player
- Multi-channel contact centre experience, would be an a advantage
- Fast paced customer service and sales environment experience

RATE:- £100 - £150
