Transmission/MW Rollout Project Manager

Connect44 is looking for TRS Program Manager. The candidate MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK in SWITZERLAND-other CVS will not be reviewed.

3 months ofPOto start with, with possibility of transfer into permanent roles

The TRS Program Manager manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department, executing to time, costs and quality targets.

S/He is working with engineering teams to define and agree Transmission Strategy internal Huawei and with Customer.

The main tasks and responsibilities are:

Defining setting up and scoping new projects to meet strategy and requirements.
   Manage a Matrix organization providing end to end delivery assurance of project life cycle delivered to customer both internal and external requirements.
   Partner management to ensure timely delivery and excellent execution.
   Manage a team of Project Coordinators for swap/rollout of different TRS medias (MW, MRA, Fiber, )
   Manage a portfolio of projects in Transmission department. Executing to time, costs and quality targets.

Requirements:

At least 10 years working experience in Project Management of Wireless Access Network Rollout or Swap projects
         Sound experience of Transport and Transmission Planning and TRS Rollout
         Very good communication skills internal and in Customer interface
         Good  technical background and state of the art knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE systems and Transport/Transmission systems
