TRANSMISSION LEASED LINE COORDINATOR - PROJECT ENGINEER/COORDINATOR
For our customer Motorola Solutions Norway - Nodnett, we are looking to recruit a candidate who has experience of working in telecoms order provisioning or has worked for one of the main telecoms carriers in a project support, co-ordination or administration function. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects by assisting the delivery manager with different administration and data input tasks and a good level of customer service is essential.
- The management of customer provisioning orders for leased line circuits.
- Ensuring the accuracy of technical information by liaising with internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Complete regular communication with the customer by updating the appropriate order management systems.
- Providing end to end order and project co-ordination at defined points during the order life cycle.
THE CANDIDATE
- You will have previous experience of working in a project support or general support capacity for one of the main telecoms carriers or have customer order provisioning experience.
- You will be IT literate with the normal Microsoft office packages and any experience of project management methodology would be useful, but is certainly not essential.
- Have experience working in Nordic countries.
- Have experience working with Siebel online leased line ordering system.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- MS Office - Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- MS Project or similar planning and scheduling tools
- Telecoms database tools - Cramer, IPM, Jara (Telenor)
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic, dedicated team player with a will to succeed
- Demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
- Interaction with senior management and supplier management
