Transition Manager - SAP/Large Corporate Experience

My client, a leading professional services organisation, are seeking experienced Transition Managers to be responsible for the service transition activities related to applications impacted by a specific Programme.

Roles are currently available both in the USA (Georgia & New Jersey) and in the UK. A top candidate will be able to understand the requirements at each specific site and have knowledge of what actions need to be taken to merge each with application with SAP. You would be responsible for engaging with high level stakeholders, program teams, business and IT partners and operations managers.

Very good understanding of the customer strategy, services and business processes

Experience across packaged and bespoke systems and infrastructure, ideally on an international basis

IT background with experience across the systems development life cycle with experience in different project phases

Willingness to undertake some national and international travel
