TRANSITION MANAGER - PROGRAM DEPLOYMENT - UAT - SAP DEPLOYMENT - DATA MIGRATION

For one of our customers, we are looking for a TRANSITION MANAGER.

SUMMARY FOR THE POSITION:

The Program you will be working for is aimed at increasing autonomy and speed, reducing the cost base and a fit-for purpose sustainable operating model

The program comprises 20 projects that are planned to be implemented over the next two years.

You will be reporting to the Program Head of Deployment, and will be accountable for the last months deployment, ie, transition to new entity with its own people, systems and processes. He/She will partner with all streams and projects within the program to ensure achievement of this objective. The ideal candidate will showcase his/her ability to manage, organize, and communicate deployment related results and will act as a resource in providing information to the Deployment Lead, Project Leads and Senior Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for managing the deployment for each release in the sites/affiliates planned starting from UAT (User Acceptance Testing) until end of Hypercare.
- Alignment with Release Management to ensure effective interaction with affiliates/sites
- Definition and tracking of the Deployment plan.
- Prepare and Manage Cut-over with the local teams
- Facilitate PMM Phase Gate Reviews during deploy and implement phase
- Conduct the Readiness Assessments
- Test coordination & Implementation planning with local deployment teams
- Program and milestone planning for Deployment.
- Identify the dependencies between the projects during the deployment.
- Issueable to effectively use standard project tools and methods
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written in English; both in meeting and one-to-one settings
- Proven ability to operate and work with people on a virtual basis (remote teams) as well as in a multi-cultural program environment
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to establish and maintain highly effective relationships with individuals from all levels of the organization
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to changing environments
- University Degree (preferably Business Administration) or MBA
