TRANSITION MANAGER

Transition Manager. One of my clients is urgently looking for a Dutch speaking Transition Manager for a 6 month contract in Dieman, Netherlands

THE TRANSITION MANAGER WILL:

- Act as a single point of contact for the client
- Lead pre-Transition activities with the client
- Bilingual in English and Dutch
- Mobilize Transition team resources
- Conduct joint Transition planning
- Initiate on-boarding and induction process
- Communicate all relevant project information to the transition team
- Organizing/planning knowledge transfer sessions
- Lead execution of Transition activities
- Co-ordinate and manage cross work stream activities
- Agree and sign off knowledge transfer criteria
- Facilitate knowledge transfer activities
- Manage any infrastructure requirements with the internal teams
- Track and monitor the Transition status
- Identify and discuss risks and issues with the client project team. Propose mitigation actions.
- Attend and participate in governance meetings
- Plan for BAU readiness
