- Initial 3 month contract (very likely to extend to 12 months)

My client, a leader within their industry is currently looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for scoping, planning and implementing various work packages in a Payroll Transformation Project. This particular PM will be working within a great team and must be able to hit the ground running with no guidance. This candidate must be motivated and have a great attention to detail.

This role will require:

- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills;
- Tertiary qualified with demonstrated experience in achieving outcomes in large, complex organizations;
- 5+ years project management experience and project management qualifications preferred;
- Significant experience implementing and integrating solutions (including people, process and technology changes) is essential;
- Significant experience upgrading, implementing or consolidating systems involving data migration and cleansing activities is essential;
- Preferably blend of project, technical and business change management expertise with emphasis on project management and technical capability.
- Knowledge of and experience in best-practice payroll processes and payroll and employee self-service solutions implementations is highly desirable;
- Specific experience and knowledge of the Aurion solution is desirable;
