Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

For the setup of a new project delivery organization of one of our customers we are currently looking for a Transformation Manager.

Your tasks include:
+ Establish a stakeholder matrix covering all impacted functions
+ Lead feedback discussions/ workshops to assess situation and identify gaps / develop backlog of activities to be worked through
+ Establish alignment routines to review deliverables on a monthly basis, update all stakeholder & collect feedback on output (following a scrum approach)
+ Build evolutionary maintenance routine on finance reporting topics and define focus groups, stakeholder responsibilities and decision-making bodies to manage backlog, resourcing & budget
+ Define & align concept on separating evolutionary maintenance activities in Operations and "escalation" to project status in Project Delivery
+ Detail out roles & responsibilities, review and solidify RACI and onboard relevant stakeholders on new operating model & principles
+ Review internal Project Delivery Routines (existing IT project life cycle, Internal Audit project management requirements) and build minimum requirement document / template for project delivery.

+ Collaborative & open personality, can build up relationships fast and connect with various personalities and profiles across different geographies and culture
+ Established and experienced management presence, can present and collaborate seamlessly with senior management & understands how to communicate efficiently & with impact
+ Experience in IT delivery across an international network, working with offshore IT development centers, onshore experts and scattered matrix organization
+ Prior experience in working in and leading organizational transformations in large scale corporations
+ Fluent in German and English, available to travel internationally (obviously only if Covid19 subsides)
