Transfer Agency Business Analyst - Luxembourg

Global Investment Bank are actively seeking a consultant for their site in Luxembourg.
There is a requirement for a hybrid Business Analyst/Tester to work on specific Transfer Agency projects and initiatives. The role will report to the local Head of Projects. Typically the projects will range from major strategic projects including regulatory, new business and systems enhancements, to internal process efficiency projects.

You must have;
Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
Experience with TA systems (GFAS, MShare and RUFUS/GTA preferably) an advantage.
Fluent English
Experience within Transfer Agency
Experience with Process Management, Analysis and Design methodologies.

Day to day duties will include;
Development of test strategies and detailed test plans & scripts
General testing activities required to support projects
Support the manager in sign-off of testing and support for the release to production
Working with technology to co-ordinate and manage defect reporting and tracking
Review business requirements, system and functional specification documents and ensure the end to end business solution meets the business needs
Facilitate walkthroughs of business solution
Support Implementation and Training
Assist Application Developers (internal and external) and Technical Support staff in identifying and resolving problems.
Oversee and perform Business Requirement gathering and analysis, and resolution of issues
Define requirements and ensure the end to end business solution meets the business needs
Communicate effectively on technical and non-technical issues with all internal and external interfaces.
Support IT development of Functional Specification documents
Support Application Testing, Implementation and Training
Support Subject Matter Experts in development/validation of estimates
Support testing system or process changes
