TRANSFER AGENCY ANALYST

Transfer Agency/Fund Services/Client Services/Call Centre/Collective Investments/Share Registration/Distribution Payments

This role is with a Fund Services client of ours. The objective of the position is to provide excellent Client Services, dealing with all client enquiries and assisting with deal administration tasks, where appropriate. These tasks are typically executed over the phone.

MAIN DUTIES

- Respond to Client enquiries in a timely fashion and provide a professional customer service
- Telephone Dealing
- Provide information on Register amendments, Distribution payments, Monthly valuations, registration enquiries
- Assist with preparation for AGM/EGMs
- Process PEP/ISA transfer request correspondence within 24 service level
- To work with internal Manager and teams on any allocated Client projects.
- Maintain a close relationship with other areas, such as Dealing, Registration, Settlements and the Relationship Managers
- Ensure compliance with internal and external market regulations

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrate a good understanding of UK Transfer Agency processes
- Demonstrate a detailed working knowledge of Telephone Dealing and Client Services
- Extensive knowledge of collective investment scheme administration
- Knowledge and understanding of FSA/HMRC regulatory Environment
- Customer Service orientation
- Call Centre experience
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and telephone manner
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Possess self-initiative
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Planning, organisation and time management ability
