Transaction Officer

TRANSACTION OFFICER

A Transaction Officer is urgently required for an ASAP start with a major client in Utrecht, Netherlands.

The Transaction Officer will be responsible for compliance in all regulatory requirements for confirmations. On a daily base, the Transaction Officer will be responsible for chasing, executing and drafting confirmations, dealing with related customer queries and updating templates and working procedures. The Transaction Officer will ensure all confirmation templates conform to ISDA and other Agreement Standards and are updated and implemented.

The Transaction Officer will be comfortable working in a challenging environment, have strong excel and Powerpoint skills and will have a hands-on mentality.

The Transaction Officer will have the following skills and experience -

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience within an international environment
- DUTCH AND ENGLISH (SPOKEN AND WRITTEN)

You have an advantage if you have knowledge of:

- Excel/Powerpoint
- Strong understanding of Operations process workflow
- In-depth ISDA and FX and Currency Option Definition knowledge
- In-depth derivative product knowledge (including FRA, Interest Rate Swaps, Caps, Floors, Swaptions, Cross Currency Swaps, Non Deliverable Swaps
- Structured Swaps, Currency Options)
- Confirmation agreement knowledge (ie. FBF, OFD, AEB, DRV)
- Beneficial: System knowledge in Calypso, Devon and/or Scrittura
- LEAN way of working
