Training Specialist - (Remote)

TRAINING SPECIALISTS NEEDED NOW - REMOTE OPPORTUNITIES!

Will be responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, sales, clinical, technical and operations training. The interview process will include a phone interview during which time the candidates will conduct a training session. Will create their training based off a portion of a Healthcare document provided. Plans, coordinates and facilitates Train the Trainer Sessions as needed and directed by management.  Training will be conducted to customer service team for provider services.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE

- Requires BA/BS in related field; 3-5 years training experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Background in Healthcare industry is a plus, not a requirement.
- Must have experience training for multiple days consecutively.
- Prior business/corporate setting is plus, not requirement. It will be classroom based training.

There will be a standard interview and candidates(s) will have to send a power presentation and do a standard training session 15 to 20 minute presentation via phone.

Some Travel required.
