Training Specialist Job

TRAINING SPECIALIST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SAN MATEO, CA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Training Specialist supports the greater learning and development strategy for employee and adult learning.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Using techniques and widely used training, instructional, and learning styles to deliver training events, new hire orientation, course development, etc.
- Use Learning Management System (LMS): ensure course description and scheduling

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3-5+) years with adult training/learning and instructional teaching.
- LMS is required
- Able to adapt for fast-pace and changing environments
- Proficient with MS Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
- Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view effectively between cross-functional teams
- BS/BA with two to three (2-3) years in training or instructional role

- Salary is expected at or around $32/hr. W2, but open to discuss with desired expertise
- Working six to nine (6-9+) months with other talented Training and Instructional teams
