Training Specialist

SUMMARY:

- Position will be responsible for developing course curriculum for training in regards to various positions within the company.
- Will work to adjust the current curriculum to be consistent across all brands.
- Will be developing training materials.
- In order to understand technical knowledge, the contractor will work with various SMEs in order to create accurate course content.
- Position is responsible for course development, not delivery.

SKILLS:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in developing course curriculums
- Candidate is required to have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Instructional Design
- Prior experience with an LMS is required.
- SuccessFactors experience is preferred.
- Has knowledge of Job Task Analysis and the ADDIE model.
- Should be familiar with Learning Management Systems.
- Have the ability to create On-Line course materials with web authoring tool.
- Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Utility experience is helpful.
- Experience working with other utilities in craft curricula.
- Ability to write objectives and design good test questions.
