Training Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver end user training to new and existing users on Hyperion Reporting tools and financial data architecture and data sources.
- Conduct training at various locations through various mediums - onsite hands on classroom training, webinars, user groups presentations, create/modify computer based training (CBT) content and provide one-on-one training (in-person or virtual).
- Design and develop training materials in multiple media formats including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Captivate for eLearning training.
- Perform defined tasks necessary for all training - send registrants details regarding course and requirements, test and prepare training PCs in preparation for session, print training materials, order food etc.

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with Hyperion Financial Reporting and SmartView - Required.
- Experience with Hyperion Interactive Reporting - Preferred.
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management.
- Must have 4+ years Hyperion training experience.
- Experience with other Oracle Hyperion tools (DRM, Hyperion Planning, HFM, HSF) is a plus.
- Previous experience leading classroom style training and creating training documentation.
- Need Batch and Training Experience
- Oracle Suite Experience
- Potential travel.
