RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in analysing training needs and designing the training and performance support products.
- Assist in confirming business process designs and analysing changes to existing roles, jobs, and teams.
- Build and test the training or performance support products for the application.
- Write role descriptions, job design, and team design documents.
- Gather information on individuals affected by the change.
- Create the training participant list and schedule participants.
- Prepare training logistics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and education, and recommend improvements.
SKILLS:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
