Training Specialist

My client is a national leader within Financial Services, they are currently undertaking a large Program of work that will have cross divisional training implications spread enterprise wide across the company.

As such, they require an experienced Training Specialist to join an already established, highly motivated and delivery focused team, to create training plans, develop E-learning modules, create reports and liaise with multiple high level stakeholders.

The role offers variation, longevity and the chance to work in one of the most innovative IT environments in Sydney.

Requirements

- 4+ years experience in a Training role
- Understanding of Organisational Change Management and Communication strategies
- Banking and Finance experience is preferable
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills.
