Key skills and experience:
- Well-versed and highly experienced in training project methodology and all training disciplines - TNA, Design, Delivery, Scheduling/Planning and Evaluation.
- Design Learning solutions.
- Manage and monitor the end to end training life cycle.
- Manage and effectively communicate with key Stakeholders.
- Responsible for enforcing project governance.
- Proven training project management and planning skills.
- Financial Services experience.
