Training Project Manager

Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is looking for a Training Project Manager to manage a training remediation project related to an FDA audit. The Training Project Manager will work at our client for at least 6 months.

The Training Project Manager will:

. Manage with hands-on approach of documentation & training remediation project, according to the existing CAPA-plan.
. Modify/simplify SOPs in collaboration with the Documentation team, production supervisors and operators
. Define, create & implement the best learning solutions
. Report progress & manage risks
. Find ways to lower the human error rate in the production unit
. Deploy a learning culture within the production unit, in collaboration with the existing SOP & QA trainers
. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Training and Documentation, the point of contact, coach and mentor for authors and trainers in the production unit.

The Training Project Manager is/has:

. Expertise in 10/20/70-training approach and adult training
. Minimum of 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry
. Knowledge CAPA & deviations management within SAP
. Fluent in French
. Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
. Excellent Communication and facilitation skills
. Change Management experience
. Assertive, Resilient
. Knowledge in operational excellence tools/methodologies
