Training Project Manager

TITLE: TRAINING PROJECT MANAGER

CONTRACT DURATION: 3-6 MONTHS WITH POTENTIAL FOR AN EXTENSION

LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA

Immediate opening for a Training and Design Project Manager in the Perimeter area of Atlanta! CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING ORGANIZATIONAL WIDE TRAINING PROGRAMS.

BACKGROUND -
Our client is currently in the process of building an internal application that is converting a large amount of transactional work and building a workbench of tools to have these processes happen automatically. Software automation will help bring these transactional processes together. This software is being written in our client's India based offshore office but will be deployed in the US.

Responsibilities:
Need a senior Level PM/Training resource that can work with the 2 training resources (1 full time and 1 part time) with our client on formulating a training and deployment plan for a new internal application. 50% of this person's job initially will be to meet with the SME's of the IT organization and craft a training plan for this application.  To accomplish this initial plan they will attend all project meetings, status updates, work with all SME's and PM's, and execute the training plan themselves. 30% of this person's job will then be to work on writing and creating a deployment plan on how they will roll the training out to the organization. The remaining 20% will be determined once this resource is onboard.
