I AM ACTIVELY RECRUITING FOR A TRAINING MANAGER FOR A GLOBAL INVESTMENT BANK (ONBOARDING) - LONDON BASED.

CONTRACT POSITION - PAYING UP TO £600 PER DAY - 6 MONTH INITIAL PLACEMENT WITH A POSSIBLE PERM PLACEMENT

AS A TRAINING MANAGER (ONBOARDING) YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

- People management
- An excellent communicator with strong oral, analytical and written skills.
- Candidate must have significant experience of developing and delivering training strategies and plans, including resource planning, across multiple project streams and multiple geographies
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into agreed detailed training plans
- Superior analytical, planning, and conceptual skills
- Display ability to flex and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines
- Have extensive experience in design of training course content and accompanying supporting materials
- Have extensive experience in classroom system training delivery in global environment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Highly proficient with MS Office Applications:
- Word - extensive experience with large document design and development
- Powerpoint - extensive experience with presentation design and development
- Experience in using and delivering via webex
- Training accreditation eg TAP (preferred)

AS A TRAINING MANAGER (ONBOARDING) THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

- Analyse and assess the training needs of Onboarding Delivery projects on an ongoing basis
- Develop strategies and plans for multiple training programmes and ensure they are delivered
- Create and maintain a rolling training plan to include resource requirements, timelines, costs and training delivery options, keeping schedules flexible in order to adapt to ongoing changes in business needs, scope of material to be delivered and timing.
- Design and deliver training modules and reference materials for a range of initiatives and user roles in conjunction with direct reports using a variety of delivery mechanisms eg face to face, Webex, eLearning.
- Where necessary at times of peak demand build network of colleagues elsewhere in the organisation or outside who can assist with delivery of training programmes.
- Design, deliver and coordinate training delivery with project managers and training resources
- Manage and develop small training team based in London, Stirling and Hong Kong
