Training Manager KYC CCD AML Investment Bank

Caspian One is working closely with a London based investment bank that are undergoing a number of key projects which require high level of technology and process change within the Know Your Client KYC, Anti Money Laundering AML and Customer Due Diligence CDD area and require an experience Trainer Manager to run a program to standardize the delivery of training and coordinate the training program within in a challenging ever changing environment.

The applications and process which the training is focused on is in-house custom built and requires a trainer who is experienced with working with a development team releasing in short cycles. You will be responsible for analysing and assessing the training needs of the group, develop training strategies and plans for multiple streams and design/deliver training modules using a mixture of Face to face, WebEx and elearning tools. The group are constantly developing and releasing new systems and application updates in addition to policy and process changes driven by regulatory initiatives.

Candidates will be expected to be expert trainers with the experience of managing a small team. You will have worked in an Investment Bank, designing and delivering training materials for both applications and systems in an environment undergoing significant change. Any experience within the client on boarding and account management would be highly desirable as would a strong knowledge of regulatory change happening within the Investment Banking industry specifically related to your Client KYC, Anti Money Laundering AML and CDD customer due diligence
