- Ability to identify and address training and development needs.
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies such as Prince2.
- Experience of developing and executing training to large audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and persuasion skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
The successful candidate should have experience in training design, delivery and needs analysis.
