TRAINING MANAGER

Our Global North West based client are currently recruiting for a Training Manager on a contract basis for 6 months to develop and deliver curriculum and course content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working closely with stakeholders including work stream leads and senior leadership for example, gaining approvals for training plans and materials by various stakeholder groups
- Keep abreast of new technologies to allow for the assessment of training requirements to enable planning and manage the delivery of material for users.
- Test each product to ensure it works, take note of issues and confirm functionality for deployment, make sure any changes are reflected within the materials
- Plan training, taking into account varying levels of capability.
- Manage the training programme for Chatter, SharePoint and maintain BAU Support
- Develop face to face training, and train the trainer materials for key courses.
- Translation of course material
- Support of site content, creation, testing and approval of new supporting material pages
- Schedule new courses, and ensure core courses are available in all regions.
- Report on all training attendance, to assist with content usage and site traffic.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience in managing a team
- Training Delivery experience of at least 5 years ideally
- Proficiency within;
- SharePoint
- 2010/2011
- Microsoft Office Suite
- OneNote
- Windows 7/8.1
- Chatter training
- Experience of working within a Global Environment supporting large scale projects
