I am looking for a Training Manager to work in Bristol on an initial 3-6 month contract, working within the financial services.
The role is going in and assisting with the set up of a new customer service team. I'm looking for someone to design and deliver new training to the new team (process, culture, products)
Essential Experience:
- Experience in a previous training role
- You would have worked within a customer service/call centre environment
- Financial services experience
- Good communications skills
- Experience of not only delivering training but planning and designing them
