Training Manager

My client is in search of a Trainer to manage the framework on multiple client engagements and to support the Operations team in achieving business goals and ensuring a competent workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks including
- Supporting the delivery of change
- Working closely with internal functions to build and maintain networks
- Creation and management of training plans
- Creation and management of communication plans for roll out of change
- Ensuring onshore staf are sufficiently capable and that materials are provided to deliver the same standards for offshore

This considered, the successful candidate should have
- At least 3 years training expirience in an operational environment
- Proven track record of working across divisions
- Awareness of the FCA, CCA, Data Protection Act
- Minimum 3 years training expirience in a financial setting
