A new project requires a Training Lead to oversee training deliverables across multiple workflows. This is a great opportunity to join a leading Financial Services client.

Overview of the Training Lead - Financial Services

The training lead will be responsible for all training related deliverables and activities for major change programmes, managing the training workstream from end-to-end. You will also be responsible for Multiple Project Management Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and E-learning storyboards.

It will be necessary to produce and manage budget and resource forecasts, and be proactive in saving and avoiding cost while maintaining overall value added. A major part of this role, in addition to the training related project work, will be to engage and work with senior stakeholders from the business and the project to deliver a best in class solution.

Key skills required for the Training Lead - Financial Services

-Financial Services Front and Back Office knowledge
-Management of multiple workflows in short 12 week bursts
-Management of a team
-Our client requires someone who can demonstrate the management of multiple workstreams and has demonstrated cost savings in finding alignment of training deliverables and resource

The role is based in Swindon this is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Cirencester, Reading, Cheltenham.
