TRAINING LEAD

We have an opportunity for a Contract TRAINING LEAD with strong experience of Financials Services and Process, Project management of training budgets (£0.5m to £2m) and leading teams. This is a rare opportunity to work for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Wiltshire.

KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- full training cycle experience
- project manage the budget and training deliverables for the programme from TNA through to delivery and evaluation
- pick up and continue the existing TNA
- Project management training lead for the programme, lead team and manage budget through to delivery
- Experience of managing a budget from £0.5m to £2m. (FS and process experience)
