Training Facilitator

My client a Victorian Government-owned organisation are looking for two mid level Training Facilitators to assist in the design and development of training programs on a 12 month FTC basis.

Reporting to the Program Training Manager your role will be to facilitate and deliver training to claims employees relating to various project releases.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

- Assist in the planning and organising of training programs relating to Service Program projects
- Assist with conducting and documenting local learning needs analysis to inform program design and ensure learning outcomes are aligned to program objectives and strategy
- Assist with the design and development of a broad range of innovative training programs using best practice adult education design principles
- Deliver Service Program training to claims employees
- Evaluate, assess and report on the effectiveness of training programs to enable continuous improvement
- Partner with Program Change Resources to evaluate training program effectiveness and return on investment
- Review and refine instructional tools, materials and training plans based on evaluation and assessment outcomes
- Consult with key stakeholders to obtain input and feedback on training programs and provide advice regarding learning and development requirements

RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 2 to 3 years demonstrated ability to deliver presentations, facilitate training groups and workshops
- Previous experience working independently without supervision in a remote work environment Independent problem solving and solution implementation
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office application experience
- Solid background in Vocational training experience
- Demonstrated experience in theapplication of adult learning principles and methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace
