Training Development Specialist

*TRAINING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST NEEDED*

Due to expected ramp of new users for their development life cycle (from planning to validation for mobility products), our client has a strong need to develop and deliver role based training, including determining the best media for content format and delivery. The candidate will also document all relevant reference content to be available on demand.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with content experts to determine what is needed to train new people to their role.
- Work across all program functions and document the business process including business requirements, work flow, data model elements and interfaces, tool chain and metrics.
- Take that content and turn it into formal training - most likely video, SharePoint based web content, and PowerPoint.
- Develop a training delivery strategy with the Program Team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- TECHNICAL WRITING
- TRAINING Development
- SharePoint 2010
- Visio
- Instructional Design
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT background preferred
- Web development skills with SharePoint 2010 and advanced Visio 2010 highly desirable
