Training Developer - 10 Mth Contract - Orchard Hills

Come and join our internationally known client who provide services within the defence space on an initial 10 month contract as a respected Training Developer for their organisation! This role will be based at their Orchard Hills site (Western Sydney) and is a defence secure site meaning that only candidates with an Australian Citizenship may apply!

In this role, you will be required to be responsible for developing and designing training material for the organisation and implementing highly flexible training solutions. You will be ultimately be working with AQF and this role will be to unpackage them and create specific training modules or courses as per required!

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have the following background and experience:

- Previous experience as a Training Developer and worked with AQF in the past (with the ability to break them down and create specific tranining packages/modules)
- Strong communication and analytical abilities
- Experience in the development of E-learning packages in the must is highly regarded but not mandatory
- High level of knowledge in regards to the NVR Framework and/or vocational education and training
- Moderate to high skill levels in MS Office products
- Australian Citizenship is required with the ability to receive NV-1 Security clearance (already having an NV-1 Security Clearance would be would be highly regarded)
