Training Designer and Coordinator

Training Designer and Coordinator required for a 7 month banking sector assignment based in either Malmo or Copenhagen.

In the role of Training Designer and Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing training strategy and plans together with the lead for people and organisation stream of the project
- Ensuring all training material is created for the different audiences in different channels (eg Powerpoint, online movies, computer based training etc.)
- Setting up training channels and material according to our client ways of working
- Coordinate and facilitate all training of IPC processes and tool (arranging facilities, tracking training progress, etc.)
- Ensuring all training is evaluated and improvements are made accordingly

The ideal candidate for the role of Training Designer and Coordinator you should have:

- Experience with training and different training methods/channels is required.-
- Experience with Adobe Captivate or other learning/editing tools is meriting.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and especially incident, problem and change processes is beneficial as well as service management tool Remedy (version 8.1).
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
