Training Design and Lead

The UK's leading retail bank is currently implementing a compulsory regulatory change which is impacting the organisation and the customers. As a result Training Lead and Designer is required to support and coordinate the delivery of Training Needs Analysis for divisions. You will identify and secure key SME's within each division in order to support the deployment and delivery of training material and delivery of the training plan including logistics and roll out.

To be considered for this you must clearly demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience successfully delivering training projects covering people, process and technology.
- Understanding of both IT and Business change management and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and issue resolution skills.

In summary the bank is looking for a versatile resource who would like the challenge of implementing a multi-country solution for a regulatory programme looking at both the business and IT aspects.
