Training Coordinator/E-learning - LMS - Contract - Switzerland
A huge Medical Device company based in the German region of Switzerland are currently looking for multiple Training coordinators who specialise in E-learning and Learning management systems (LMS) to join their current project on a contract basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support/end user troubleshooting for the Plateau Learning Management System (LMS).
Act as a key liaison for functional questions pertaining to the LMS.
Train employees as required on end-user navigation, reporting and end-user support roles.
Manage LMS functions: learning plan development, item creation, and curriculum development.
Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, etc.
Partner with the Corporate Learning Business Partner (Europe) to maintain the Training Determination Process (TDF) as it relates to QMDs.
Perform data monitoring/management tasks as assigned.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience working within E-learning, Training or Learning & Development within a regulated industry.
Good knowledge of/experience working with Learning management systems (LMS).
2-3 years experience in Excel and Data Management
Languages: Fluent English, Fluent German is desirable.
