Training Coordinator

Due to this highly recognised brand in New Zealand rolling out a new LMS. Our client is now seeking a Training Coordinator to be involved in the coordination of training course delivery, the organising of venues/presenters and monitoring of the effectiveness of the mentioned programmes.

This is not a typical role for a Training Coordinator, and will see the successful applicant involved in much more than pure coordination!

The candidate will have a financial level of responsibility in the fact they will strive to improve budget control and efficiency

The operational aspect of this role will see the successful candidate scheduling all of the training sessions and reporting on attendance and pass rates. Responsible for the booking of Training locations/rooms and venues including the set-up such as laptops, power cords and catering for those long training days!

Another exciting aspect of this rare position is you will be responsible for the eLearning materials and will make sure they are published and maintained on the LMS. For those that are looking to step into the fascinating world of SAP Training this role will finally give you the experience that you may have been yearning!

This role will see you work with a large team of SAP Trainers and numerous managers and leaders involved in this thriving project.

Ideal candidates will not only have a real passion and interest in Training but also have the following:

Excellent attention to detail
Focussed on achieving the required results
Is capable in their negotiating skills and of course excellent interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Problem solving and analytical ability
Experience with SAP
Experience with prior LMS and having worked in medium to large scale projects!
