Training Consultant, Training Manager

TRAINING MANAGER is required on a contract basis to assist a defence related organisation in the creation of a Training strategy following major Business Change which has had an impact on the whole organisation. EXPERIENCE OF MANAGING THE DELIVERY OF TRAINING RESULTING FROM MAJOR BUSINESS CHANGE IS A MUST. This role is to assess training needs and to plan what Training is required to be delivered across the whole organisation due to new business processes and supporting IT systems. The main focus will be on Programme Delivery ie business process and IT System Changes. The individual should have previous background experience as a Trainer although will not be expected to deliver the required courses. Once training needs have been assessed across the business the individual will create a strategy plan to reflect how this should be delivered and coordinate the delivery. This may include coordinating online training, classroom training e.t.c. Urgent start within 1 - 2 weeks Daily market rates
