Training Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Demonstration of Product: Operate heavy construction and/or mining equipment to demonstrate features and capabilities, communicate operating techniques, display effective application and safe practices.
- Responsibilities include, designing and conducting demonstrations, working with internal (corporate) and dealers to demonstrate and market equipment worldwide.
- Product and Application Training: Provide hands-on and classroom training related to machine operation, application, job efficiency, and safety.

SKILLS:

REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum 10 years of equipment operator experience in the field. Superior heavy equipment operating skills. Strong human relation and communication skills. Must possess the ability to work well in a team environment. Strong working knowledge of Machine control and guidance systems. Strong working knowledge of GPS Base and rover. Requires a broad knowledge and skill of incumbents to address customer questions and concerns.

Desired Skills: MSHA certified. OSHA trained. Experience working with the Customer's product groups.
