Training Consultant

- Initial 3 month contract

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced TRAINING CONSULTANT to join a key project for a reputable organisation in Sydney's Inner West.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

- Working with stakeholders to document the business process and procedures to be included in training materials
- Developing and publishing models and user procedures for at least 3 releases of software
- Developing on-line context in Siebel
- Developing and publishing training exercises and packages
- Developing storyboards and meeting with clients and SMEs to determine training structure and outline
- Publishing demonstration, training and assessment exercises within Adobe SimBuilder/Adobe Captivate

Your background:

- Proven experience with Siebel iHelp development
- The ability to document business procedures and include into IT systems training materials is highly desirable
- DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE AS A Technical Writer
- Ability to perform training assessments is highly desirable
- Experience in delivering end user training
- Ability to develop training simulations
- Computer literacy with MS Office Suite, Visio, HP Quality Centre and SIEBEL and IHELP
- Sim Builder and Captivate experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
