My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Training and Awareness Manager who is fluent in iOS and Windows platforms, full Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint and content management systems.

The successful candidate will undertake the following:

* Support GIS Reporting Initiative in preparing and delivering communication to key stakeholders
* Support and coach Service Managers, PM in communications plans and execute them effectively
* Design & write a monthly newsletter
* Prepare high quality communication material towards stakeholders, in particular about Changes, New developments
* Prepare training & communication material towards stakeholders, in particular about reports improvements, updates, changes
* Create user guides & training slides specific to newly developed reports
* Hold training sessions on the report solution and specific reports
* Be proactive in proposing approaches and preparing material
* Review material targeting customers and ensure it is simple, to the point, professional
* Rework Intranet portals to target useful info
