One of our clients, an international company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Training Assistant
Start: 15/9/14
Length: min 6 months
Location: South of Brussels
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:
Ensure training is appropriately administered.
The mission would be executed on the client's premises as to facilitate access to our systems and people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform operational and administrative activities related to learning including working with the Learning Management Systems (myLearning, PeopleSoft)
* Administrative support for creation and maintenance of training curricula
* Administrative support for creation of new training in the system (course code creation, uploading of content) and notification of new training
* Collect, scan and register trainings in the system
* Archiving of training materials
Work closely together with the Learning Single Point of Contact (LSPOC) and the control document manager to ensure training is appropriately administered in Vaccines R&D
* Act as point of contact for R&D business area for questions related training
* Contribute to improvement initiatives related to learning
* Collect and distribute metrics and Key Performance Indicators to stakeholders
* Build of e-learnings if needed
PREREQUISITES:
* French and English oral and written skills
* Experience with learning management systems is an asset
* Customer focus
* Positive proactive attitude
