CONSULTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The consultant will be part of the Master Data Governance Project Department and will reports to Master Data Governance Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Schedule/timeline for the training stream part of the Project, including deliverables, activities, timeline, status-tracking and dependency tracking.
- Identification of target groups and description of target groups (ie training candidates organized by country, sites, business unit, language etc)
- Skills assessment with regards to the predefined skills group related to technology/process, functional and implementation. Define required skill level per area, evaluate current skills on a scale from 1 (low) - 5 (high), and assess gaps.
- Define Learning objectives per target group. The target learning objectives will be starting point for developing training material.
- Evaluation of training methods on a scale from 0 (low) to 4 (high) according to predefined scorecard categories, and selection of the most suitable training method per target group. Describe the selected training method in brief.
- Evaluation of supplier for development of training material if required (eg E-learning, nano-learning etc). Evaluate supplier based on the predefined criteria on a scale from 1 (low) - 5 (high).
- Assignment of local point of contact for training coordination, and checklist for relevant discussion areas to align on local training related aspects such as office workers vs production workers, languages, technical aspects etc.
- Training schedule per business unit and/or site in collaboration with local training coordinator. Add the first Monday of the first week of training in the box above, list all site training responsible and participants, and mark an x to mark training weeks.
- Timeline for preparing training locally running up to training delivery, including such as booking of classrooms and trainer contact information, calendar invites, evaluation forms etc.
- Track feedback from users and evaluate average in high and low scores according to evaluation feedback.
- Example evaluation form for collecting feedback from trainees, and instructor evaluation form (2x Word documents).
- Template to be used by local training coordinator for tracking of attendance per training session (Word document).

MANDATORY FIELDS:

1. Proven experience of developing training strategies and delivering training programmes

- Set up training strategies and preparing the training strategy - Set up - not execute
- Training certification

2. Proven experience of Organisational Change Management

- Advise on change management, stakeholders, 3rd parties

3. 10 years' experience of SAP implementation projects

- Not an SAP expert, just experience in an SAP environment

4. The consultant should be preferably Belgium Based

5. Languages: English

6. Possibility of 3 to 4 working days... (part time)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- Manager/Senior Manager, Principal, Certified (Senior Level)
- SAP Certification
- Bachelor degree in relevant area or equivalent by experience
- Fluent both written and spoken English
