TRAINING AND LEARNING DEVELOPMENT EXPERT - URGENT NEED

I am urgently seeking an Training and learning development expert for an international project.

Below are the specifications for the Training and learning development expert role.

PROJECT SPEC:

- The audiences are end users and management level
- You will need to organise the training for different countries (there is no actual training involved)
- Train the trainer is a key area  
- You will need to design the entire end to end training programme - the clients will give you the materials, you will need to design the delivery of the information.
- FLUENCY IN CHINESE AND ENGLISH IS A MUST (BOTH WRITING AND SPEAKING)

PROJECT PROPOSAL:

- Start date is around 2-3 weeks
- Duration is till the end of the 2013 
- Accommodation and flights would be provided
- The client is a major Global consultancy (on par with IBM and Accenture) 

The position is in urgent need, so we would need candidates to start within 2-3 weeks period, if you can start sooner than that would add weight to your proposal.
