TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join a Top Tier Consultancy in London
The role holder will be required to:
- Focus of training is IT Service desk platform to manage Service, Change and incident management activities.
- Training and Development Manager manages the learning of an organisation's workforce.
- The training element gives staff the understanding, practical skills and motivation to carry out particular work-related tasks.
- The Manager will either deliver training sessions to participants or, alternatively, arrange for others to do so.
- The development work relates to the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees' skills so that they can fulfil their potential within their organisation.
KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL
- Strong training and development experience
- IT service desk training experience
- Experienced in managing small teams
- Good stakeholder management skill
- Project management qualification or at least 3 years experience on Project Management
- This role will require some UK travel
