Responsibilities of the role include:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of all processes and associated regulatory components by liaising with each business stream and reviewing appropriate documentation
- Design innovative and blended training solutions that support employees to understand all new processes and procedures along with meeting all regulatory and legal requirements
- Facilitate training across the business, tailoring approach to suit all audience
- Assess participants learning knowledge after training
- Evaluate all training delivered to assess results and identify any gaps in learning, ensuring appropriate remedial solutions are delivered.
- Create a robust version control and sign off process which is implemented for all training material
- Conduct a full evaluation using recognized methods to evaluate effectiveness of training and identify and recommend future training requirements.
- Centrally store all training materials in order to act as a permanent record which is available to be updated as and when required.
Suitable candidates will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of providing Financial Services related training to a diverse audience, ideally with knowledge of banking regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to produce comprehensive training material
- Facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to develop others
- A flexible approach to change and managing and supporting the business with project delivery.
This role will be primarily based in London/South East with some travel to regional UK offices.
